EARLY days…
TickTock began as an anticafe (or pay-per-minute coffee shop, since nobody knew what an anticafe was). People were… iffy on paying for time and getting free coffee and cake. Weird.
… to when we
made
art…
People were LESS iffy about learning cool art skills. We started offering drawing and painting classes, and made some amazing friends in the local art community.
. . . to becoming an
arts collective
We’ve kept the anticafe, and added some cool new features. Now we have artist and maker workspaces, more room for our ever-growing art class offerings, and retail space for some truly beautiful locally-made items.
